Designer University Membership FAQ's

How does this work?

After your purchase, you can click on your account in the members only portal. This gives you access to our design videos and supply lists. There will be a link to our private Facebook design group where you request to join by validating your membership in the form of a few simple questions.

When do new designs get uploaded?

A new design will be uploaded sometime during the first week of the month along with a supply list. During week 2 & 3 we take any questions you have after watching training. During week 3 & 4 join in a live Facebook broadcast for Q&A, design tips, tricks & fun! We may also make a new design during these live sessions (typically it will be an order for our online shop or a freestyle piece if we're feeling really creative!). During the last week of the month, we leave discussion open & encourage you to show off your designs to the group for accolades, ideas or critiques.

What type of designs will I be learning?

We focus primarily on centerpieces in this group. You'll learn traditional centerpieces, arranging in a vase, farmhouse style, asymmetrical, garden style, minimalistic and more. We may even throw the occasional wreath or garland at you! You'll also be learning holiday designs well ahead of the holiday, perfect for planning ahead to sell your designs in time.

What if I don't use Facebook?

No Facebook? No worries! You can still access all the training videos in the members portal & all Facebook Live sessions are housed there as well. You can still watch all the action from there. You won't be able to interact with the group members from the recorded videos, but still see what was covered in the sessions.

What if I need to change my payment method or cancel my membership?

You can change your method by logging into your account to change payment options or cancel at any time.

By purchasing this product you agree & understand this is a recurring monthly membership. You agree that membership will automatically renew each month and charge your payment method on file unless cancellation is made by logging into your account or contacting us here. No refunds will be made after 3 business days from monthly charge date.
