Return Policy

We want you to know that your satisfaction is what matters most to us. If you order something from us and you don't absolutely love it out of the box, rest assured that you can return most items to us within 5 days of delivery for a refund.

To return an item, email us at crestedperch@gmail.com. For more detailed instructions about our return policy, and to find out what exclusions apply to returns, please continue reading below.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If we made a mistake, we'll take care of it. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know so we can do our best to replace or refund the damaged item. If the item was a one of a kind piece, we may offer a substitution or refund. We do ask for photographs of the damaged item as well as the box it arrived in for claims purposes. Please do not throw away the box or item before emailing us with pictures. You must contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item and return within 5 days. Once we have received the item, the refund will be processed.

STANDARD RETURNS

Our return policy covers returns of most products in new condition up to 5 days after delivery. You must contact us within 3 days of receipt of item and ship back to us within 5 days. Items that cannot be returned include gift cards (certificates), sale items, used items, custom orders, select oversize items, digital downloads, holiday items (after the holiday is over), or anything damaged through normal wear and tear. 

You will receive a full refund for your item(s) less the original shipping charge once the item has been received by us in the same condition it shipped out. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please take care to pack the item as securely as you received it. You will be responsible for any damage that occurs in transit back to us. In the event that you have thrown away your original packaging, please note that we are unable to provide additional return packaging.

Once we have received the return item we will inspect and a refund will be processed after the condition has been approved. We refund the original method of payment used for purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to reflect in your account.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges on our items due to the unique handmade nature of many of our pieces. 

SALE & CUSTOM ORDERS

Products purchased on sale and custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. If for some reason you are not satisfied with a sale item or custom order, please email us at crestedperch@gmail.com and we will try to make things right for you as best we can.
